Manic Monday (#30)--Ornament

ach year, our family buys a new ornament to hang from our Christmas tree. We try to choose one that represents something memorable that has happened during the year, such as the birth of a new baby, a new house, or something that has really stood out that particular year. For the past three Christmases, we have had a new baby to celebrate, but for this year, I am coming up with nothing to focus on as a theme for our yearly ornament. Maybe someone should come up with a blogger ornament to celebrate the birth of a blog?I would definitely buy a blogging ornament to hang from a branch!!

That does sound like a good idea. We also buy 'a' new ornament for each child every year, although I always actually prefer the ones we make ourselves.

Sure, I could see a blogging ornament. Could be quite cute!
First of all, I'm agreeing with Sandee - an ornament to commemorate your move this year, where you will be back close to your family again.
Second... I make custom ornaments... and you SERIOUSLY have me thinking about designing some type of 'blogging themed' ornament! Maybe I should post for some ideas on this!
If I was a more artsy-craftsy type, I might make some blogger ornaments.

LOL, I don't have a Christmas tree and kids who visited me one year said he had two at home and would give me one.
I hang lights at my front yard and bows on my front door. If there is a bloggers' ornament, I will hang it on my front door.
We don't have kids and it's a chore for me to put up a tree and take everything down. So I decided not to have one.

That's rather difficult to find something for the birth of a blog, lol ! Maybe a little Santa with a computer ?
Do you have a pickle ornament yet?? It's a cute little tradition I learned about last year, and is what immediately came to mind with this week's MM theme.

Haha... I love the idea of a blogging ornament! It could even be a computer hanging in amongst the branches. This is a great tradition, to choose a new ornament each year.

I like the idea of blogger ornaments, or computer ornaments.
Then again, a simple "peace" theme could be nice too.
Or something with little chocolate chip cookies sculpted onto it.
