What kind of people are interested in my blog is only a matter of personal opinion here, but I think that people who have have children, like to talk about life and family, and who enjoy cooking probably enjoy reading my joys and pitfalls in life as written and documented in my blog.
I also enjoy reading blogs that contain daily anecdotes about life. I love to see pictures of other people's children and family. I love obtaining new recipes, reading meme's and participating in games and polls. I love blogs about daily life. I would love to see more recognition of one's blog on another blg--such as, "if you like my blog, you will love...." because I know that there are MANY blogs out there that I would enjoy reading but I don't know about yet.

Well, you certainly do have a beautiful and interesting blog here. I hope you like mine, no recipes, but I have most of the other stuff.
As someone who reads every post you write I was really pleased to see you on blogTalkers after all if you're posting it can only improve an already great weekly meme
"If you like my blog, you will love..." idea doesn't sound too bad, something which definitely would introduce people to new blogs. But I guess the big fear for many in something like this would be the possibility of losing readers to that other blog.
Especially if that blog is bigger in visitors, commenters, content, etcetera I bet many would hesitate to link to it in such a fashion.
