Make It From Scratch #32 Carnival

Welcome to another addition of "Make it From Scratch", where talented bloggers share their wonderful ideas and projects to inspire you to create something new.

Challenge yourself to make something new and share it on your blog, then enter it in the Carnival. More details can be found HERE. These projects can be items you have made for the first time, or tried and true classics that you would like to share.

The first week of the month is dedicated to things made from scratch for the first time and other weeks can be either first time creations or something you have made before.

Please be sure to check out what is going on next week on the 33rd edition of Make it From Scratch, hosted by Stephanie at Stop The Ride.
It is challenge week, and the challenge is to make something that you haven't made before and those who take the challenge are put in a drawing for a made from scratch prize from her. Stephanie is also declaring a special edition next week; Where in the world are you from? She'd like participants to leave their country (and state for US) when they submit their posts. Then we can see where all make it from scratch ideas are coming from!

In The Kitchen:
  • Amanda Harris presents a delicious recipe for Homemade Vegetable Soup posted at Best Kept Recipes. I can see myself making a pot this weekend, yum.
  • Suzanne presents Cream of Tomato Soup posted at :: adventures in daily living ::. What a delicious and simple way to savor the Autumn's bounty!
  • O presents Making Chinese noodles posted at A little about anything. She did a wonderful job at attempting Chinese hand pulled noodles which ended in a delicious dish.
  • Bridget shows us how to make Slow Cooker Caramel Apples over at And Miles To Go... This takes a lot of the mess and fuss out of making these yummy Autumn treats.
  • Stephanie presents Green Pumpkin Pie posted at Stop the Ride!. It looks so delicious!

On The Crafty Side
:
  • Annette Berlin presents Faigie's Shower Scrapbook Page posted at Crafter's Journey. She made the scrapbook page for her sister-in-law's wedding shower and did a wonderful job!
  • Michelle Mitchell presents Book Purses posted at Scribbit. Find an old book and head on over there!

Thanks for the carnival, I always appreciate people who take the time to summarize and promote each post that enters (and actually read them :)

So big thanks, big stars to you!

And after seeing the acorn idea it kills me that we don't have oak trees!
